Posting to express my excitement that Jane Espenson (of Battlestar Galactica, Caprica, Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Angel, and Dollhouse fame) and Doris Egan (writer of the Dark Angel episodes "411 on the DL", "Art Attack", and "Pollo Loco") are on the writing staff for the fourth series of Torchwood!

It's been announced that the title of Joss Whedon's final arc for Buffy the Vampire Slayer Season Eight is "Last Gleaming". Someone is such a Battlestar Galactica fanboy. Though it's been pointed out that this arc resolves the Twilight thing and the phrase "twilight's last gleaming" is part of the anthem.

Ever said that you could dream a better show than the one you saw? I did just that last night. I don't remember everything, but V was much improved by being rolled into Caprica. There was Zoe being put on trial, Zoe talking to Amanda, gunfights in V-land and someone going through a window, part of the Colonial fleet going to present-day Earth ( Read more... )

The revelation that Colonials had a St. Valentine's equivalent called Eros Day makes me crave shippy Eros Day fic with Sam/Kara, Dee/Lee, Adama/Roslin, Saul/Ellen, Sharon/Helo, and Cally/Chief.
